Hiii! He doesn't actually give rides, per se, since he was never in contact with Earth and only has his jet mode available to him without seating arrangements for tiny squishy humans. And he's not as big as he would normally be anyway, due to game restrictions. BUT! He can tell Tim about things he knows about mechanics... which... isn't mind blowing for what he is, but he is ver smart. He can help Tim figure things out!
