Nooooo problem with that there at all. Wing is a character from the comics only and he appeared as a supporting character in a short spotlight series. That's really all there is to him, but he can tell Tim what he knows, if he wants. Wing communicates by speaking, like anyone else would. He also has an internal comm system for when they're not face to face, but he was able to pick up the english language when he arrived, so he can be understood.
