Dick's shaped a lot of who Tim was as Robin, so it probably doesn't hurt to know a bit! Hmm, Tim's the observant type for sure, and since he's been dropped in this whole new world, pretty nosy. Is Katsura doing anything particularly suspicious or interesting? Staring too hard at government buildings? Trying to infiltrate one in the dead of night? I don't know much about Katsura, but unfortunately, Tim hasn't managed to secure a cute critter yet to attract his attention, so not sure if he'd find anything Tim's doing approach-worthy. :oa Tim's just exploring a lot to make a mental map of the city and get his body used to it. He might peek around the perimeter? He'd be in costume, then, though, not his youth ambassador thing. c:
