That kind of situation would be handled on a case-by-case basis. If you receive a reminder, and are in that situation, just send the mod journal a PM with an explanation of the situation and what's happened and we can talk about it.

Like I said in the post, it's not a warning or a black mark against a player, it's just a gentle reminder to reach out every few months and make some new CR with a new character.
