Hey, folks! As this post explains, there's some spooky cult stuff happening in the jungle (and perhaps the city proper)! Rin went exploring, as per his job description/personal desire to accumulate wealth & treasure, and found much more than he bargained for. Thus, he's inviting anyone willing and able to help him on a little bit of dungeon delving, where 'dungeon' means 'shattered cultist compound full of weird stuff'. He personally hopes to get some loot out of the whole deal, including one or two gem-encrusted (and probably cursed, but that's fine) artifacts.

I'm planning to toss up a log for this in early October, probably around the weekend of the 6th. Exploring this ruin will mean running into cultists, their abominations, and fighting off their strange, mind-addling magic. Anyone looking for information on them in the city proper won't find much, but if people start squinting hard, they may see the symbol scrawled in certain dark alleys, here and there, with what looks like relatively fresh paint. So who are these people! What are they up to! Well, that's what dungeoneering is for, right? Besides aforementioned loot.

Anyone is welcome to come, and the log will be free-form--I'll write up a description of the place, the sorts of dangers to be encountered and the info to be found, and folks can run with it as they wish. If you'd like to note your interest or ask a question, feel free! It's not necessary to respond either IC to Rin or OOC here to come along, though--it's easy enough to say your character saw folks gathering for an expedition and came along, if you like.
