[ Stephen was not happy to be here. Maybe "stuck here" was the better way of phrasing it. His sling ring was completely useless here and as much as he knew he needed to get back to Earth, he wasn't willing to trust a portal that could randomize where he ended up. If the sling ring didn't work here, there was not guarantee it would work somewhere else.
So yeah. He was stuck. For better or worse. At least he wasn't alone.
When he was filled in on some of the recent events - and what was quickly transpiring into a bit of a crisis - it was surprisingly easy for him to fall into the role of protector. And exterminator. His cloak and powers still worked so there was little reason not to help. He busied himself in creating shields for himself and others, creating extra weapons to kill the creatures.
He remains where he is, floating up in the air, weaving through branches and eyes scanning the areas. It was quiet now but he wasn't fooled by it. ]
