Some are interested in generalized mischief, others specifically want to hurt humans. Humans have two human parents, Downworlders (which includes warlocks, the fair folk, and vampires and werewolves) do not. In that respect, it's down to blood. If a Seelie were inclined, I'm sure they could teach me some of their magic, though I'm not sure that would work both ways. The Dalish are elves?
