[Molly had heard what he had to say when their group was gearing up and getting ready to go. Only making a comment about how what was easier wasn't always the best route when there would be a behemoth body left to get out of the city, she focused more on preparing herself for this task mentally.
She's quiet as the small group heads out, and she keeps her eyes on him.
Things go well for a while, and everyone seems content to move in companionable silence. Then everything seems to go to hell all at once. The third member of their ragtag group ends up separated from them, and she has to hurry to rush ahead and catch up to him.
She raises her gun and fires with shaky hands, wincing as she prays her shot hits the creature attacking him and not him. Watching it fall away and to the ground, she runs over toward him.]
