[Clara realizes that being out among the fireflies is a risk. But luck generally is on her side, and she's managed to get her hands on some repellent that's supposed to last for a couple of hours. So she tests her luck and makes her way out to see the lights up close. They're almost as beautiful as being out among the stars. She's standing in the middle of a cloud of them, face light up every color of the rainbow as they fly around her.
So far, so good. The repellent does its job, and Clara extends a hand to try and touch at some of them. It's asking to be bit, really; but she can't ever leave well enough alone.
She spots him heading her way, most likely on his way back to housing. It's where she should be, but being cooped up hasn't ever ended well for her. ]
That's an interesting way of trying to avoid being bitten.
[She calls out to him and causes the fireflies around her to fly around her in a swirl in disturbance. If she's not careful, she's going to end up getting bit. It's easier to choose to ignore that for now.]
Best be careful, I heard they can get up beneath fabric if they put their mind to it.
[She doesn't actually seem too concerned by this fact.]
