[He might be stuck here, but in some ways it isn't so bad. No-one here knows more of him than what he's willing to tell them, which is almost like a fresh start. Back home has his new team who might need him, his mom who he misses- and maybe something with Billy, he hopes, although it's still pretty new to him- but he's determined to stay cheerful about it as much as he can. No-one likes someone who mopes too much, after all.
While he's here, though, he might as well be useful where he can, so he volunteers for bait duty. He's a little young to do all that much and he doesn't really have much in the way of useful skills, but he does have enough strength to make carrying the bait effortless, he's hard to hurt, and he can shift his sense of smell off, which he has to admit he did pretty quickly after smelling the bait.
He's just waiting for his accompanying guards, because although he's almost certain he doesn't need them, it would be nice to maybe have the company. At least, he hopes so, giving the approaching person a small smile.]
Hi. Ready to go? I think they want this out of here pretty soon, and I don't blame them.

[It's been a long but not unpleasant walk. Teddy's quite happy to travel silently or listen as his companion sees fit, at least until he catches something out the corner of his eye. They'd said there might be danger, but Teddy isn't going to panic just yet.
He should probably warn who he's travelling with, though, so he looks sideways, staying as calm as he can.]
I'm not sure, but we might have company. You seen anything?
iii (yellow firefly)
[He saw the bug that bit him all right- hard to miss something that violently yellow. But he barely has time to think about it before the effects start settling in, and his breath catches. He's surrounded by people, and although he knows they're probably paying no attention to a teenage boy they don't know, he can't help feeling suddenly anxious about what they think of him. Are they laughing at him, do they want something from him, is he just irrelevant to them entirely?
He almost wants to leave, but- what if people notice he's acting weird? What will they think about him? And does he really want to be alone right now?
Moving carefully, he tries to find somewhere to sit, although it's hard when he also wants to keep an eye on the people around him. His gaze skitters over everyone, breath a little too quick for normal, at least until he finds somewhere a little quieter where he can settle with his head in his hands, trying to get his breath under control.]

[He honestly feels silly posting it, but- if anyone he knows is here, at least they'll be able to find him this way.]
