Dick will be 12 years old for this event! At this age he was an annoying but well-meaning brat battling the criminally insane at the side of his adoptive father, while attired in wildly inappropriate scaly green panties. During this event he’ll be haunting the night as Robin while formulating dramatic escape plans by day, and he’ll be wildly curious about anyone his older self has talked to on the network. I’ll be handwaving that he’ll get into Nightwing’s stuff early on and have his phone throughout to basically skip a lot of intro confusion/drama, but he otherwise won’t remember Riverview or any previous CR. He will need:
- minor crimes to investigate!! If your character is planning to commit any and you’d be down with them being stalked by a self-righteous and mouthy preteen hmu. - grumpy old men (or ladies!!) for him to add to his collection of sad dads. - other small sad orphans to adopt/possibly team up with - someone find this poor child some pants, oh my god - probably one or more people to rescue him from the inevitable shit he will step in wandering the jungle/city at night picking fights with monsters. - someone willing to shepherd him a little on the end plot mission!! - if you’d like your character to learn things about Dick that he will probably never discuss as an adult and/or to possibly join the very small in-the-know club for his secret ID, now would probably be a great time for this! - when he becomes Nightwing again he will make an effort to pay back all kindnesses and/or apologize for everything he ruined while 12, if you would like to shorthand some solid CR with adult Dick this would probably be a great time for this also!
