[One monster was more manageable for Knock Out than innumerable monsters, but this one was proving as canny a fighter as one of the Autobot rebels-- er, one of his Autobot companions, that was. Unlike the other ravening beasts that he'd been assiduously dismembering, this one seemed to be thinking about its attacks, and how best to thwart his. He wasn't going to be able to keep this up forever, and had a sinking suspicious that he was going to wear about before the creature did.

He pressed his current assault regardless, slashing with one saw and thrusting up and towards the monster's chest with the other. The beast bent itself in an unbelievable curve, snapping at his wrist while dodging away from both attacks. He swore in his native Cybertronian, an electronic burst of sound, and danced back and away himself as his assailant flailed out with clawed paws. His battle subcomputer analyzed the movement, looking for another opening--

And then something of significant size plummeted from above and landed on the monster.

Oh, the monster was bigger, but the impact still distracted it, and Knock Out seized on the opportunity presented. Lunging forward, he transformed one saw back into a hand and grabbed the creature, bearing it down to the ground and following it there, pinning it heavily. He drove his remaining buzzsaw into the monster, snarling somewhat monstrously himself as he messily separated the head from the body. Even after the creature was dead he remained crouched over it, his vents panting in the rain.

Finally, finally he moved to stand, transforming the other saw away and passing one hand over his face. Only then did he look around, checking both for other monsters incoming and for whatever it was that had, essentially, saved him--

Oh. A human.

He knelt and leaned over the sprawled figure, optics narrowed.] Hello? Still alive, skinjob?
