Ye...es?
[He doesn't sound entirely sure, not because he doesn't think it could stop rain, but, well:]
I wouldn't let anyone else get under this thing, it has a habit of uh, eating people.
[By "people" he means "magic users that he's bested in combat" but he's not sure he'd trust the Umbra Staff to not just straight up go for someone.
It's kind of a jerk.]
