In most honesty, his experience with teenagers is with a far more motivated and disciplined section; tempers and hormones and tendency to sprout up over the course of a few months aside, the upcoming generation chasing at his heels are the same age as he was when he was chasing his predecessors off the podium.

"Ah, good," Victor says with a half smile, glancing back over his shoulder. "There's a decent chance this area isn't as clear as previously thought. Mind if we keep going?"

He gestures them on, moving forward. Thus far nothing appears to be stalking after them. Victor would prefer for that to remain the case.
