Sadly, she's coming in before she gets her sweet 80s teen gear but when I canon update her eventually SHE WILL HAVE IT. until then, he's stuck with s1 El and her awkward pink dress

Heya, Vel! Katsura has very, very personal reasons for being anti-government, which have spiraled into a generalized distrust of anyone with too much power and not enough balances. But overall he's not not opposed to every form of government, just poorly maintained ones.

If I'm remembering my Drake facts correctly (I admittedly know way more about Grayson) I think Katsura is more likely to approach Tim than the other way around! That said, I'm not sure how sneaky Tim is being in this particular instance. Katsura is observant and elusive when it suits him, but also has the subtlety of a brick if you catch him off guard. Basically, I'm not sure who you think is most likely to notice and approach the other first, but I can work with either option!

● about: Willa is a headstrong and independent character, bred and raised to be a criminal by her extended gypsy family. She's brave, sarcastic, brazen, and sometimes downright mean. She's also very smart, as she has a knack for technology, and gets Walter's way of thinking to a point. She also has a knack for getting herself into trouble as well.

She's confused in Leo’s faith in her and tries to get used to Walter and Leo apparently wanting nothing more from her than to set her on the straight-and-narrow. Seeing as she lets them more and more, shows she has a very good heart and wants to be a better person.


● what aspect of the game you are most interested in with this character: I'm interested in the city and the dynamics of someone with a criminal background starting over in a new place and more or less making the same mistakes again but interacting with others through it. I also want Willa to get herself into trouble by accident since that seems to happen.

● shipping/smut preferences: Shipping, yes.

● what your character wants: She wants money and to steal/con people.
● what your character needs: She needs friends and people who see the good in her. She needs people to see how smart and talented she is and specifically find other uses for those skills that aren't criminal.

Aeacinos Ixocia | Original Character

● occupation: He's part of the perimeter guard as a surveyor
● residence: He currently lives in community housing floor 3
● about: He's basically a created being (half human half snake) that was made to fight and protect his goddess during a war a long time ago. Fastforward to 2000 years of peace until it all goes to hell when a disease starts to make everyone go cray cray. Aeacinos was affected but cured and he was about to be executed but was saved before he was brought here!

● what aspect of the game you are most interested in with this character: I'm kinda in for all of it. Aeacinos is mostly use to war and fighting, it's what he was created to do, so this peace and nonviolent lifestyle is weird and awkward for him.

● what plans you have for this character: I want him to make frands and sparring buddies as well. But also please introduce him to video games he's super competitive.

● shipping/smut preferences: Honestly Aeacinos is bi so he'll legit sleep with whoever. But in terms of smut if people are uncomfortable he can actually shapeshift into a human. But at the moment he's not really looking for that? Maybe some one night stands if he can manage but who would want to bang a snake man?!

● what your character wants: Maybe a normal life...or just to fight and have a good time while he's here. But he also wants to get back home to help his people so it's a big conflict of interest for him

● what your character needs: People who are accepting to his whole...appearance and drinking friends would be cool too.

He sounds like he's going to be Katsura's best friend and doesn't realize it yet.

So, I glanced at Ivar's stats page and right off the top of my head, I think the easiest ways for them to run into each other would be...

- Katsura sees Ivar with any of his Pokemon (but particularly Blitzle) and decides he has to touch it right that second.
- Katsura sees Ivar himself in one of his forms (especially the dog, cat, squirrel, or habbit) and decides he has to touch him right that second.

Naturally, I'm also open to them meeting under more normal circumstances and Katsura learning about the creature related bonuses later, but I feel like most of those would be less immediate (though probably also less potentially inflammatory) than 'Katsura can't control himself around soft critters'. Either way, though, if Katsura decides that Ivar is trustworthy he'd absolutely ask him to use his morphing skills for spying purposes, if that's something you were interested in exploring!

● about: Shigeru comes from a world where phobias dictate the power of the person. After being cursed by an evil god for not siding with him in a war Shigeru's entire family lineage is cursed with the power attributed to mysophobia. He works for the government as the medic for a special ops team that infiltrates and investigates black market ongoings and other shady shit in his world!

● what aspect of the game you are most interested in with this character: Shigeru is easy to really have everywhere. I would like to do more in the exploration part of it. If anyone ever needs a medic he is your guy!

● what plans you have for this character: He's currently a mess but I'd like to have him explore more.
● shipping/smut preferences: He's taken atm!

● what your character wants: He wants people who can help him with his phobia, maybe learn sign language, and maybe help him cool down and chill after a trying couple of weeks. So anyone calm would be A+ and who can drag him around to have a good time.

● what plans you have for this character: Just kind of going with the flow for now.
