New player, 2 new arrivals

Hi everyone! I'm Rhi and I'm brand new to the game. And since I am bad at decisions, I am bringing in two characters this round who I will get out and about if not tonight then tomorrow (GMT right here).

First new arrival is Makoto Niijima from Persona 5. Makoto's a pretty serious and hardworking girl who has a strong sense of justice and is also a Phantom Thief who can use a Persona. She's taken from December 25th, so after most of the plot stuff is done but before everything is wrapped up for good. She'll be staying at Floor 1 Bed 10 for now and she'll be looking to enrol at the university with eventual aims of joining the police force. Her app can be found here and permissions are here

The second character I've brought in with me is Shalimar Fox from Mutant X (felinefox), a Feral-type New Mutant who's had her DNA spliced with feline DNA. She's being pulled from the end of Season 2 and will be rooming at Floor 14, Bed 5 and working for the Perimeter Guard, hopefully in Search and Rescue so she can put her feral senses to good use. Like I said, I will be hitting up the mingle post with both fairly soon but in the meantime my Plurk is amazinglystrange and I'm looking forward to returning to RP in what seems to be such a relaxed and friendly game!

Hi Tracey! Makoto-named Persona users for the win! They'll probably run into each other at the university if nothing else because studies are Important!

Yes, good! He's already met Akira at least so they might run into each other sooner. And then the lot of them will have to think up ways to distinguish these two.

That's going to be entertaining. Especially if anyone tries to stick this Makoto with any cutesy nicknames to get around it (Akira should know better, whether anyone else does...)
