Makoto would definitely be down for something like this and would be really interested in helping with organising things (she was Student Council President, she's got this!). She spoke about something similar with Clarice before so she's already of a mind to pitch in and help out and make sure everyone is eating well and studying if applicable.

I will poke around and check out the amusement park cleanup but this is definitely something Makoto would be down for longer-term (also if and when she figures out she can still use her Persona she will be happy to help in whichever way her particular skillset will allow)
