Youth community group and the new Exploration Mingle
So since the amusement park's getting an overhaul, I figured it'd be a great time for Tim to start getting more into his youth ambassador role. He's been handwavey collecting funding for a while for these various projects, with a couple more ideas for IC fundraiser events in the future.
For now, though, please let me know if you would be interested in having your muse volunteer/Tim's Youth Community Group and/or the Amusement Park Cleanup!

Tim's post is here and the exploration log thread is here.
The Youth Community Group
Since the definition is pretty broad, I'd say let's say 'youth' is anyone 23 (so some transition years there) and below, but for the volunteers, certain activities may be locked to older teens and up or those who have the mental fortitude and capabilities for it. (Mainly fighting monsters stuff. I'm not currently planning on making any 18+ prompts, though 18+ muses can certainly be in the group and have events leading to it)
So what does the group do?
It's pretty new so not much atm, but mainly the activities will be around:
* Doing clean up and restoration of areas around the inner city or the abandoned parts.
--- Actual cleanup
--- Advertising the condition and fundraising (bakesales, carwashing, idk)
*Social events
---may also be related to above, but pure bonding/retreat style stuff to help teens and other young folk adapt to Riverview/Quarantine.
---Essentially playdates so people don't feel adrift and cut off, with food and such. I'm still considering what kinds of events, but maybe something as simple as community videogame/movie nights.
The above is more of the civilian part of the equation, but since Tim is Red Robin and he IS a superhero, he's also going to be quietly screening and recruiting for a sort of elite SWAT/rapid response team to help out during primarily:
*Monster cleanup
*More dangerous/ambitious missions, if any.
What if you want to get involved in this particular group but don't make the age cut? Feel free to let me know, after all, youth groups also need advisors/counselors!
At some point, I will make the group more formal with a log/mingle post for it, but for now, consider the amusement park cleanup as a sort of test run to also see the interest people might have.
Feel free to use this post to:
1) let me know if you want to join tims band of merry helpers
2) plot out and communicate to other people who might be interested in mingling in the amusement park log.
NOTE: I will be very slow because of work. Just wanted to put it up now. :')

I will poke around and check out the amusement park cleanup but this is definitely something Makoto would be down for longer-term (also if and when she figures out she can still use her Persona she will be happy to help in whichever way her particular skillset will allow)

Tim.... definitely needs to eat well due to a compromised immune system, but the studying part- er, well, he's a dropout back home and he just went straight to government work when he got here. :'D
Shhh, don't ask him how old he is.There's plenty of people IN school though so a study group within the group is certainly doable.Nice! For the time being, we can handwave perimeter guards for any guarding, but if you like, we can also build a plot where Makoto runs into some monsters and has to fight-- leading into discovering she has her persona? :oa

And I am definitely game for that, I've left the haunted house prompt as an option for her to find out if the monsters do come a running but if it doesn't work out there she's bound to cross monster paths eventually!

Sure thing, I'll go tag it over the weekend if nobody else has by then! :'D I highly suspect the house is much much more interesting in its current state than when everything was working properly.

It's not like she has much else occupying her time lately.

Tim would love to have Cass there. It's definitely safer for everyone with more bats. Even if they're working in civvis atm, there's still plenty of watching out and fending off they can do.
wrong account, don't care lol
