WHAT'S UP PARTY PEOPLE, i'm rae and jessi bullied me into bringing y'all billy's twin, tommy shepherd aka SPEED from marvel (616) comics. he's a sassy af mutant speedster, one of the young avengers, and - like billy - has the reincarnated soul of one of scarlet witch's twin boys from ... a warped reality ... thing ... look, comics are mistake, save yourself, don't go here. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

tommy will be working as a courier for the orange leaf delivery service and trying really hard not to vaporize things while he's here. i am hype to get to tagging with y'all! i'm around plurk (incendiarism) and discord (thoughtproblems#5852) so please feel free to add or poke me either place!

I could see the two deciding to race and acting like it's the biggest thing ever. But, yes, speedster shenanigans are an absolute must.
