No, he hasn't made any friends because he hasn't really... wanted to. Oops! Yuri doesn't want to get to know people because he views Riverview as transient. He thinks if he finds the right Macguffin he'll be home in no time, and feels restless haven't having a Person In Charge to speak to. He thinks the explanation for why they're here is a bit fake and he's not kicking up his feet and calling this a vacation.
● what aspect of the game you are most interested in with this character: CR, baby! Mostly positive, could do with negative, he needs friends, period.
● what plans you have for this character: Not really many! He's kind of a wildcard.
● shipping/smut preferences: He might be taken down the line. Like really far down the line. So I'm keeping him out of the game.

● what your character needs: To be convinced that life here is a thing to adapt to and that striking it out on his own doesn't help himself or anyone. He's being bullheaded in this respect and someone aught to stop him.

● what aspect of the game you are most interested in with this character: I want Bernkastel to ruin someone's life.
No, no, she has a life and personality outside of that. Bernkastel is mostly interested in killing boredom, hence her offering riddles and so on on the network. She wants to challenge and question people, she wants to find the inner workings of a person and decide if she wants to let them tick or try to tear them apart. Bernkastel is a dangerous person to have even just verbal CR with, but I, the player, am not an asshole and don't desire to drive any sort of story line to me haha the villain mind crushing your character. Bernkastel is capable of inherent and friendly fascinations with people as much as she is about destroying a legacy, a lifeline, a story.
It's important to understand she just has no empathy, or has grown bored of empathy in general.
I would also like her to be stopped if she was visibly being a danger to another character. I have no desire to let Bernkastel ever 'succeed' with any plan unless it went towards a greater downfall. That's a part of her character, to build until breaking.

j/k I'll ship with her. Keep in mind I ascribe to the original game's description of her as a fully grown teenager, but she will probably find distaste in teenagers...? Like that's beneath her to date a child? It would probably have to be someone in her similar scenario or a hell of a lot of CR.
● what your character wants: To weave a chessboard throughout Riverview to move characters as pieces as she pleases.
