eyyy I'm Parks and I'm totally new to Riverview! I'm bringing in Eames from the movie Inception. If you haven't seen it, the movie's about thieves that enter dreams, and they try to plant an idea in a man's mind through his dreams. Eames is a forger, which is a person able to change form within a dream. My favorite thing I've ever seen written about him on the internet is that he seems to be 'amused by the entire movie.' He’s kind of a little shit, but he can actually be pretty kind and intelligent.

He's a Criminal Profiler for the Riverview Police Department (ahahaha...) and he lives in communal housing on floor 1 (who are my floor 1 buddies c'mere)!

I'm fine with people recognizing him, but he obviously won't recognize them back. I'm excited to tag with you lovely people! Please do add me on plurk everlark, but a warning comment here would be great!

Hello hello. I'm Lausanne, and I'm bringing y'all Fandral The Dashing from the MCU. If you haven't seen any of the Thor movies, Fandral is basically an Asgardian musketeer. He's handsome and he knows it, he's charming, he's a massive flirt. Come at me, I live for this sort of thing. He's been assigned a bed on Floor 5 of communal housing, and I've gone ahead and thrown him on the mingle log, so don't be shy to say hello to him. He is extremely friendly.

Hello again, guys! This is Dani, your local Finn (bythehand) player, bringing in Elizabeth Weir from Stargate Atlantis! Elizabeth is the leader of the Atlantis expedition, as well as a successful and experienced diplomat. Hi! I'm Haru, and I bring with me Richard Strand from 'The Black Tapes Podcast.' He's generally an introverted jackass who doesn't believe any of this is real. Also, he's the key to bringing about the demon apocalypse in his world (not that he believes that). Also, he has a very punchable face.

Richard is a Professor of Philosophy at Riverview University, and living in the private housing and living in floor 9, room 10. Though, someone has a dog, so he'll probably be looking for a residence soon.

Hi Riverview! I go by Ptero, and I'm glad to be joining you with Breq from the Imperial Radch books. For anyone unfamiliar, it's a space opera trilogy about sentient AI, revenge, and what happens when the ruler of an Empire tries really hard to be everywhere at once and also what happens when that ruler is forced to make difficult decisions (spoiler alert, it's bad).

Breq is a stern AI fragment on a mission that she's technically just finished at the point I've pulled her from. She'll be working in the Perimeter Guard as a Surveyor, and staying on communal housing floor 2, and I'd love to throw her at those people! Or people in general. A brief note, that Breq tends to stumble into some language faux pa wrt gender so if you'd like to avoid that please hit me up over at her permissions post.

Hi! I'm Claire and this is Steve Rogers from a universe that never got super serum. Instead they got a shrimp in a can. But it worked out pretty well for everyone! The War was won, Steve became a Colonel and "retired early" in his forties from a Hulk smash.

He's coming in after his death with his Mark II Iron Man suit and fabulous premature gray hair. He'll be in community housing floor 8, bed 6 and working as a perimeter guard. Compared to the usual Steve, he's a bit more laid back and chill. He never had the burden of being the national symbol Captain America, so he's just a little less intense?? yeah.
