He is from the Father Brown TV show that started in 2013, and is only very, very loosely based on the stories by G. K. Chesterton. Please do not eat me.

Hi! I'm usually a bit apologetic about the show (the plots can sometimes be ...unrealistic) but is super fun and gives good mystery and is unapologetically episodic, so I'll totally encourage you to watch it.

I'm a big mystery fan and a friend told me it's something I'd like, so I really need to watch it! It's on my list next for shows to see! And unrealistic is fine if the mystery parts are good. /o/
