This is Llŷr, a merman that comes from a modern world with a hidden supernatural population. He's from the Irish/Celtic Sea, most recently of the Hudson River - and will now be chilling in the Riverview waters.

He's a very curious fellow and will be really excited to meet new people and learn about the other worlds.
