Hello again. This is Tea, comics Steve Rogers' mun, bringing in an urban fantasy OC. This is Christian Fischer, a more or less average guy with a magical bag of tricks and too much curiosity.

He's simultaneously the neighbor you ask to help find your lost cat, the kid that talked you into sneaking out as a teenager, and the stranger you find in your basement trying to interrogate your missing cat. In his world, supernatural beings really do exist and often hunt and feed on people (and everyone makes up reasons not to believe any of it). Basically a typical X-Files type thing, so he's going to be awkward about how accepting Riverview is toward magic.

He's staying on floor 12 in bed 4 so hello weird deity people. And apparently Christian is a magical Life Coach now. He's going to laugh a lot at that. I have a quick summary for his info and a friendr. More in depth background and world information is available in his journal.
