[ Under normal circumstances she should probably be wary of strange guys handing her unfamiliar liquids (especially when he pulls it right out of his bag), but her mouth feels like she used Maragidyne on herself. It's code red. So she takes the bottle with very little hesitation, tears streaming down her face, and knocks it back in pretty much one gulp. Does it taste fruity? Because her taste buds are probably fried.
It's only afterwards that she realizes that yeah, she definitely should've been more wary, but oh thank god her tongue has ceased to be on fire. Like, miraculously so. Never mind, somebody give this guy a medal. Maybe two.
