re: mystery transmission mission + a note

Hi everyone! I'd like to apologize for dropping off the face of the planet for the past week; had to go out of town and didn't have time to be online much at all. I'm playing catch-up this weekend, but if the threads are too old, I completely understand and am down to start new things!

That being said, I'd also like to start planning/plotting for the mystery transmission mission this weekend--or whenever is most convenient for anyone who is still interested. We can probably make subthreads on this post for it, or a new plotting post entirely. Whatever is easiest for everyone! Again- I apologize for the delay in getting the ball rolling with this, but it'll be my main focus once I'm caught up.

I'd still like in but if it looks like it'll be too crowded a plot I don't mind stepping out. Ronan isn't on the perimeter guard but he's a good fighter and investigating mystical things and dealing with ghosts is something's he's experienced at. He's also got magic dream powers that he tries to keep quiet (badly so far).

Sounds good to me.

I just realized I probably need to give a summary of those powers but basically, Ronan's powers are that he can bring things from his dreams. I imagine he'd bring a pill that can knock him out for missions that might get dangerous cause he can dream of some monstrous creatures. Otherwise, his powers are mostly with his fists in that he's a good boxer, brawler, and general scrappy fighter. He investigated ley lines with his friends using EMF detectors and all that. Also his ghost roommate liked to scratch him. It was weird. He wouldn't mention his dream magic but he more or less radiates it if you know what to look for.

So if you want an extra drama factor Ronan can summon a night-horror creature or he can dream it in advance, show up with it, and go "I don't know it followed me. Don't ask questions." Otherwise I'm fine with him playing the part of the surprisingly tough looking paranormal investigator.

I'm a very laid back plotter so I'm just throwing stuff out there. Looking forward to where all this goes.
