Hey, guys! I'm Chi and I'm bringing in Billy Kaplan from the Young Avenger, a.k.a. Wiccan. He's pretty much a sarcastic nerdboy supreme who's destined to be a future magical deity with a LOT of superhero and pop culture knowledge.
