Yeah, so far Ed has mostly discussed the worlds he was in before this one (Home, Paradise and Hell comparatively. I'm so good at descriptions okay!) but he could even get into homeworlds of his friends from other games and stuff at some point because there have been past discussions so he knows things.

Ed's ... relatively used to events and such, so when Romulus turns back into Cain he'd probably eventually work out that something was amiss. Especially since people will obviously be discussing their own experiences on the network and whatnot. He certainly won't mind, he makes friends with all types pretty indiscriminately.
