Hello residents of Riverview Quarantine - you are the unlucky recipients of (1) one God of Death / 'former' terrorist by virtue of war coming to an end, Duo Maxwell of L2 Colony Cluster.

He'll be working as a Surveyor with the Perimeter Guard formally, but he wouldn't be opposed to salvaging, building weird side projects, making cars / motorcycles go vroom, or hacking in his spare time. He's a young man of many talents and things he probably doesn't readily talk about even if he's only sixteen, but his interests are easy enough to gauge, and he can make a damn mean virus if someone really wants him to.
