Hello riverview! My name's Levy and I'm jumping on the OC train to bring you this cutie. His name is Shigeru and he's a mysophobe along with being mute. :C! But don't worry he's pretty friendly once he opens up towards you and he's also a certified doctor/healer or sorts. His powers allow him to break down and rebuild things from their subatomic level. So if y'all get injured or maimed he is here for you!!

He's going to be working as a chef, oh lord, at a fine dining restaurant. It will have the cleanest kitchen in the universe, and he's also housed in Communal Housing; Floor 2, Bed 4. Please forgive him if he cleans and keeps that floor spotless.

Oh boy. He's never sure how to react by people being super wowed by his powers, especially since more than half the people in his world fear him for his and there's a lot of prejudice against his kind in his world.
