● about: Ghost cop with a general lack of emotions and morals. Does not like dogs. Also that immortal guy's older twin brother.

● what plans you have for this character: not much, he's a pretty anti-social dude, so he's not going to be ending up at any parties and such, but he's weird and someone who would wander around places
