I actually had the same hopes once I saw we had a d.va here! Billy just being able to have contact with a fellow countryman, which is probably something he hasn't had since he fled from his master years ago, reconnecting him to his roots. Or Hana teaching him modern day Korean slang that he won't get at first. Talking to each other in Korean so one can understand what they're saying.
