hello, riverview! my name is dani, and i'll be bringing in finn from star wars: the force awakens! i'm very excited to be here.
finn was taken at a young age and brought up to be a stormtrooper, alongside many other kids who were taken to be raised as stormtrooper cadets. he was a top performer across the board, but what he did not excel at was stamping out his compassion/sympathy, or doing things like "shooting unarmed civilians because someone said so," so he actually wound up defecting p. recently. it's an adjustment. finn has a good heart and is always inclined to try to help someone who seems to need a hand. he's ride or die for any of his friends or teammates. he's a bit on the argumentative side and consistently just Stressed Out.
he'll also spend his technical first day in-game hangin in the hospital while they take care of a uhh pretty nasty lightsaber wound? but he'll be glad to get outta there and stress out while walking around instead of sitting in a room, so. oh and he's been put in shared housing: floor 3, room 4!

and it looks like thor is in the perimeter guard! the mod recommended hitting them up job-wise for finn, so maybe they can also be work buds!

But it never occurred to me until I read this how well Jon and Finn would probably get along. They're both going to be doing Perimeter Guard stuff, they were both in military orders at a young age and not 100% voluntarily (though Game of Thrones The Show glossed over that a lot more than the book did), they're both Pretty Good Guys, and they are neighbors. Yay!

And I'd definitely love to throw these two at each other! They really do have a lot of common ground, gosh. I've never watched a lot of GoT but I've kept in the loop on all the big spoilers and stuff as time goes by, so there's no worry of spoiling me for anything either!
