HELLO ALL, more fresh blood to this wonderful moon. My name is Charlie, and I'm bringing you Locus from Red vs. Blue. He's from Season 13, Episode 7: Locus of Control, just as he and Felix jump into a portal to go meet Santa.
Locus is a scary dude with a scary past and a scary agenda. If you're not sure you'd be cool with what that may entail, you can check some things out at his permissions post, where you can also opt-out of having me tag you with him. He'll be rooming with his merc partner Felix in Shared Housing, Floor 3, Room 1.
