Haha, god. Flint is the sort of character who doesn't really let himself feel wonder or marvel at anything. He immediately threw himself into figuring out how these whacky tech gadgets work and has since been rather blase about the whole thing. (The only thing that's given him pause so far is learning people have been on the moon.)
