A note for all! No seriously, this is for everyone if they want.
Info behind the cut for literally anyone interested in this. Not a sign up for anything post, just a "here's some info go have fun with it" post.
Certain people (Parameter Guard, police...or whoever) are welcome and encouraged to make note of an increase in crime. Also there are potential moles in the police force; proceed to trust less if you wish.
If any people playing types with powers that aren't big time heroes wanna tackle some NPCs together in logs, that'd be great too!
In terms of getting actual information from any potential arrests, the thugs will be tight-lipped and far more scared of their boss than you. Said boss can be referenced, however: have an NPC thug say he's crazy, or that one time he slapped a guy in the face but had a nail attached to the palm of the glove and it got embedded in his face.
I mean...so many choices, am I right?
Meanwhile Joker is still disguised as Ash, but sticks to audio and texts replies as he let's his looks become more...natural than when he first arrived.
