In all seriousness though, for the uninitiated, this is Eames from Inception. You know, that movie no one could stop talking about eight years back. (I am very on top of trends.) He's the Team Scoundrel--because everyone needs one--specializing in thievery, forgery, people watching, and fucking around with your dreams.

Hi Mars! More villains is good, imo, plus especially the smooth criminal types! :D I lived under a rock 8 years ago, but as Tim Drake is a vigilante from Gotham who isn't entirely unopposed to cutting a deal with kingpins and informants, it might be great to plot some crimes or something out, short or long term.

A bored, hyper-trained vigilante is an explosion waiting to happen.

He's not exactly a villain (baby, he'll play one if you want ;) ) but he is by no means a moral, upstanding citizen, and he's absolutely a criminal.

Which, all said, I'd be thrilled to shove them at each other.

He's slightly less of a kletpo than Selina, and maybe a little more amicable is about the best way I can think to put that. (Like if Catwoman was into dogs and not like literally a cat.)
