● what aspect of the game you are most interested in with this character: AFTER WHAT... SEVEN MONTHS? EIGHT? He's f i n a l l y starting to really engage with the idea that he's going to be stuck here a while, which means he's finally starting to try and reach out/establish himself in the community somehow. I'd like to see him getting involved in or even spearheading community projects, possibly leading salvage teams to try and find and fix more airborne vehicles.
● what plans you have for this character: At the moment, he done got kidnapped, and he's working on fixing his mom's ship which he found out in the jungle. See above re: his possible plans for taking expeditions to look for flightworthy vehicles specifically.

● about you: I used to be in DWRP during 2012/2013 but then had a five-years-and-half hiatus and just recently came back! I'm italian and english is my second language. My favourite things are anime, tokusatsu, watching cooking videos and crying at pics of cute animals.

● about: Jyushimatsu is one of the six spawns of satan called Matsuno brothers, all sharing the same face. He's the happiest one of the bunch, always smiling and screaming about baseball and other favourite things. He's also a full blown weirdo who embodies the spirit of a gag anime, but he's not completely bad when there's no influence from his brothers, he can be a nice guy if you become his friend and tolerate his weirdness.

● what aspect of the game you are most interested in with this character: A bit of everything! I'm here to put him through adventure, mundane things he will totally make weird, CR developments and of course shipping!
● what plans you have for this character: Nothing solid at the moment since I'm new, but for now I want to get some CR going and then we'll see. At the moment he's in the team of rescuers who's ready to thrown down on the kidnappers because two of his brothers are there and in danger.
● shipping/smut preferences: Oh yes, bring him some love life! Although he's an oddball, he was also the one who was the closest to get a girlfriend in canon, so he's totally romanceable if the right cards are played. Smut is also A-OK with me, and both M/M and F/M are fine!

● what your character wants: Friends! A love interest because he's jealous of two of his brothers having significant others. And possibly people to form a baseball team with!
● what your character needs: People who can look past his gag anime weirdness and explosive attitude. People who also do struggle with it, but still choose to hang around with him. In general, people who genuinely want him around.

● about: Emotionally distant, private, and damaged, she's a sixteen-year-old soldier who lost her family to terrorist attacks in the years before she joined the Corbulo Academy of Military Science. She loves animals, gardens, and is still figuring out who the hell she is outside of her identity as a piece of military machinery. It's a slow process, but she died in her old world--there's no going back for her. Oh yeah, that is also a thing--she saw half her squad killed, her entire school annihilated, and then was told that she and the other survivors of her squad were the only living people left on the planet. Then she died.

● what aspect of the game you are most interested in with this character: Building bonds and getting her to open up about what happened to her, getting her to expand her horizons and learn how to have fun.
● what plans you have for this character: NEARLY DYING AGAIN IN JULY PROBABLY, beyond that I've been playing it by ear.
● shipping/smut preferences: I would love to have something develop naturally from CR her own age, but as far as smut goes, outside of the initial experimentation of a virgin figuring out wtf to do, I'm going to insist on fade to black since she's a kid.

● about: THE SWEETEST MOST ADORABLE MAN IN TWO GALAXIES. But no really he's just... a sweetheart. He loves people, and he'll take care of anyone. Even if that someone was trying to kill him five minutes before they got hurt. He has a passion for life and for medicine that's driven advancements in his own universe forward by decades, and he's doing his best to research the uses of medical magic in Riverview.

● what aspect of the game you are most interested in with this character: Definitely the research aspect? I'm going to try and get him some plot stuff to do related to medical magic, and I might be getting him a power in that vein as well. I really want him to get some CR with people who might be considered UNSAVORY TYPES since one of the hallmarks of his character is his willingness to treat people with the same dignity and equality regardless of their background.
● what plans you have for this character: See above?? I really want to get him some more CR, I've just been so busy. He's going to have a toplevel/mingle type comment in the exploration/rescue mingle.
● shipping/smut preferences: No preferences! I play him as bi, so I'd love to see something develop naturally from his CR.

● what your character wants: To figure out a way to keep himself alive when he goes home.
● what your character needs: ....Honestly he's a pretty well-balanced guy. I'M TRYING TO THINK OF WHAT HE NEEDS AND I'M JUST LIKE... he is emotionally healthy for the most part?? He does need to actually emotionally deal with the fact that he's dead--he's been so busy taking care of his friends' feelings re: his death that he hasn't really stopped to think about what it means for him.

● about: Former surgeon and naturalist on the Franklin Expedition. Came to a sad end as the expedition succumbed to starvation, scurvy, and lead poisoning, not to mention mutiny and derangement. Cinnamon roll, albeit freezer-burnt.

● what aspect of the game you are most interested in with this character: slice of life with the occasional dash of adventure.
● what plans you have for this character: he’s getting abducted this month, which will have some psychological fallout. Other than that, I just need him to meet people.
● shipping/smut preferences: Normally I’m like “launch the armada!” But Goodsir isn’t really in a place for relationships right now and he’s about 75% asexual anyway, though not incapable of feeling attraction. It all depends on how things develop. Tl;dr: not ruling it out, but anything will happen slowly if at all.

● what your character wants: to learn as much as possible about modern medicine, to learn about the flora and fauna of the moon, and maybe become an expert in something. Also to become useful and respected as the local coroner. And to get over the trauma of what happened to the Franklin Expedition.

● about: Reincarnated hero and priest of Athena, Orion's fairly quiet and awkward, tends to mind his own business etc. More about him can be found here for anyone interested.

He's an expert on dogs and great for all of your animal troubles, otherwise everything you never needed to know about him and his world/history (including an opt-out post) can be found here. Orion has a bunch of stupid powers he won't be inclined to use except for soothing animals because he just wants to live a normal life and be left alone to do his job, for the most part.

Orion is an original character so please feel free to let me know if you have any questions that aren't covered in his information above! I am also good to keep all TDM threads canon if other players are interested.

He should, in theory, get along with anyone remotely canine (werewolves, yokai etc.)

● what aspect of the game you are most interested in with this character: Orion is going to love the holidays and lack of pressure to get involved in things. (Feel free to try to get him involved in things, I'm totally open to that even if he might not be.) He's going to want to make friends, especially if your character is a dog lover or some form of animal themselves.

● what plans you have for this character: Nothing really set in stone. He's very go with the flow and his making all sorts of interesting connections here, so we'll see where the wind takes him. I'd like to get him out more, meeting new people making some solid friendships, he's a drifter by nature and doesn't tend to get close to people so it would be cool to change that.

● shipping/smut preferences: Orion recently lost his canon soulmate so he'll probably be off the table for a little while. Unfortunately he seems to swing pretty straight so that limits his shipping options unless something new develops to the contrary. Again I follow the CR but I'm all about slow burn and fade-to-black when it comes to games and that suits him just fine.

● age: 44
● occupation: Teacher of youths at Gramarye. He helps magical/powered kids who can't go to regular school.
● residence: Communal housing, floor 1
● about: Jeff's an OC, so here's a link to all the relevant info. The short of it is he's from a modern fantasy universe where about 12% of the population can do magic and have been open about it since the 1940s. Magic's also kind of needlessly difficult to even master, and a lot of "Gifted" folks don't bother to fully cultivate their potential.

As for Jeff, he's a suburban dad, a high school teacher, and he's divorced. He's also a burnt-out magic user with a major anxiety streak that he has to self-medicate. Once upon a time, he was kind of a (very, very small-time) rockstar bard, but then he sort of accidentally partially summoned a demon with too much reckless magic, and it totally wrecked his life. So he gave up his wild and crazy youthful antics and managed to turn his life around. For the most part, he's reformed! He barely even does magic anymore-- at least, nothing big...

● what aspect of the game you are most interested in with this character: Around-the-city stuff mostly. Not 100% slice of life, but he's better at social plots than anything action/adventurey.
● what plans you have for this character: WINGING IT. Currently, he's kidnapped by cultists. This isn't the first time someone or something's wanted to hijack his body for possession, so that's going to unearth some major trauma from 20 years ago. I hadn't planned on throwing him to the wolves right out the gate, but I couldn't pass up the plot, so. GREAT TIMING, JEFF.

Anyway, after that, he'll probably need to make more friends/connections to distract himself from the otherwise crippling anxiety that's bound to ensue. I'm up for any kind of CR, positive or negative, and would love to do things with his job at Gramarye.

● shipping/smut preferences: Totally open-- well, totally open to characters who are age-appropriate for him. So ages 35+ are a safe bet!

● what your character wants: HIS DAUGHTER. Specifically, to go home to her, because jesus he doesn't even want to upend her life by moving to another state, LET ALONE ANOTHER UNIVERSE.

Wally is a speedster who was the original Kid Flash and is technically the second person to take up the Flash title which he shares with Barry Allen. He has some memories of a previous timeline that no longer exists floating around in his head which complicates his life.

He also happens to be a sentimental dork who truly believes love is real magic. He is prone to occasionally doing stupid and selfish things because he doesn't always think before he acts. But he really is a pretty easy-going individual most of the time.

● what aspect of the game you are most interested in with this character: building cr, missions, and exploring
● what plans you have for this character: No significant plans at the moment.
● shipping/smut preferences: Wally has only been shown to be romantically interested in women in canon and I tend to stick with that. A relationship isn't something he is actively looking for due to the complications in his life, but things always have a way of happening.

● about: "Salty" Steve is a bit rougher and definitely pushier than the MCU version. He's seen enough things and gotten over it, so he tends to be impatient and harsh in the face of opposition. And he totally jumps first and thinks after he's beaten the whole well up. He's also trying to adjust to relaxing more often, so he's finally starting to do the friends thing and make better connections.

I want Molly and Cisco to meet, I feel like if nothing else there's amusement to have with the fortune-teller angle. Can Molly actually see the future or is it a con??

Oh, it's totally a con. He does cold-reading and face studies to figure out what people wants to hear.

However he also seems to do it for fun when he's alone so he might believe in some of it, who knows. His player is a troll.

ALSO I really love Carson and Chase's CR and WANT MORE OF IT. Maybe Carson and him can interact in the aftermath of the big rescue, while Carson's doing medic things?
