+1 Cradle Witch

Hi all. This is Rachel, recently arrived with Jon Snow from Game of Thrones. Now I'm bringing in my second character, Anne Hale from Salem. For those not familiar with the show, it's a Gothic horror "based" on the Salem Witch Trials. "Based" meaning it shares the names of actual figures, but little else.

Anne Hale is the daughter of Magistrate Hale, a powerful witch and one of the founders of Salem. She's what's known as a "Cradle Witch", meaning that she was born with abilities rather than earn them through a deal with the Devil. I'm pulling her from the end of Season 1, so she knows that she is a witch, but has no idea how to control her two manifested powers (telekinesis and weather manipulation).

For those that would like to opt out on her powers going crazy, I have a permissions post. Feel free to opt out if you want to. She's living in Communal Housing; Floor 12, Bed 8. She'll be working at the Magical Research Center, particularly in the day care, looking after the kids.

I now have this laid back OC working at the magical research also, and he mainly does deal with magical problems?

Basically I'd love CR based around powers going haywire?
