● name: antillar maximus, but he goes by max
● age: 24ish
● occupation: search & rescue perimeter guard
● residence: Communal Housing; Floor 12, Bed 5
● about: max is the illegitimate son of a high lord in a roman-esque society that's the result of crossing the lost roman legion with pokemon. every human in his world (but one) has magic abilities called furycrafting and thanks to his bloodline, max is stupidly overpowered in many ways — he's faster and stronger than your average human, he can heal you if you're in water, he can't quite fly but he can jump very long distances, manipulate all the elements, inspire lust or other emotions in other people... look, it's a long list. he has a permission post over here for his more invasive ones.
● what aspect of the game you are most interested in with this character: max is very much a soldier who likes the simple pleasures: food, drink, sex. he's also a fully trained spy but shhhhh he won't mention that any time soon. he wouldn't be a good spy now if he did, would he? mostly, i want to play him getting used to modern technology and a world that's so different from his own, and i want him to enjoy life here (while also knowing that he has obligations back home that he has to return to). i'd love for him to grow close enough with anyone to actually admit the story of the scars on his back, but that probably won't happen any time soon.
● what plans you have for this character: sex, drugs and rock'n'roll. nah, just kidding. pizza, beer and sex is more like it. but also: he's going on a mission to retrieve some creature soon with rey et al, and he'll be around doing perimeter guard stuff.
● shipping/smut preferences: max won't settle down with anyone, but if you're looking for a handsome young
romanaleran to spend the night with, he's your man. i love shipping and i love smut, so. here for it.● what your character wants: did i mention pizza, beer and sex yet? i wasn't kidding about those.

max's shield is very ordinary but he can magically make it harder
and no the shield is not an euphemism for his penis but now that i read what i've just written, it sure sounds like one

And okay christian may notice an item with magic abilities. Quietly pokes the shield...?

also the shield is just a regular shield, but max has these .... furies and the metal one lets him control the hardness of metal, sense where metal is in the dark, not feel pain and various other fun things. basically he has a fury for each element (furies are based on pokemon, his canon is ridiculous, idek) so he can do all sorts of things as long as he's in the vicinity of the element he's using

Oh, man, that actually sounds great. So yeah excuse the small weirdo on his floor that is probably staring at him every now and then like a creeper, wondering why he keeps getting magic pings from everyone around him. Humans aren't supposed to be so magic friendly anymore! ...And then tell him Max isn't modern. That will explain everything.
