● threading preferences: I default to brackets, but I have no problem with prose and will match my threading partner, and I equally enjoy long/short/network/in person threads. Seriously, give me them all.
● threading habits: I'm in GMT (UK), and I am usually around for at least a couple of hours most days. I try to tag every day, and often boomerang if I'm around. However, I don't expect my partner to match my speed, and am happy with any speed or length of reply.
● about you: I am literally the worst at FPS games. No lie, I died fifteen times on the very first tutorial 'kill these skags' mission on Borderlands because I suck that much. If there ever came a time that an award for sucking at video games came to pass, I'd win that sucker hands down. I also have a cat who will walk to heel and come when Somewhere Over the Rainbow is whistled, as well as enjoys sitting under the water in the shower, because she's odd and I suspect she may not be a real cat.

● residence: Communal residence; Floor 1, Bed 1. However, he literally will never use this. He's going to scarper as soon as he's up and about, and will find a nice hidey-hole somewhere else in the city to sleep. Who cares about a real bed?
● about: Bucky was born in 1917 and grew up in a pretty charmed life; maybe he didn't have a whole lot of money, that was tight in those days, but he was athletic, handsome, intelligent, and generally excelled at whatever he put his mind to. He had a best friend who he thought the world of, Steve Rogers, and together they were going to take on the world! Until World War II happened. Bucky was drafted, went through basic training, and rose to the rank of Sergeant, specialising in sniping. He was captured by the Nazis in Europe and experimented on by HYDRA (the Nazi deep science division), which is how he came into possession of a serum that kept him alive when he fell an impossible height on a later mission. He was retrieved by HYDRA and handed to a Soviet branch, where he spent the next seventy years being tortured, brainwashed, mind-wiped, and controlled into becoming the Winter Soldier, a perfect obedient assassin. He's (sort of) broken free of this control now, but it's left him a far cry from the charmer he had been in his youth. Now he's taciturn, paranoid, mistrustful, and generally less pleasant to be around. But he's trying to be a good man again. Most of the time.

● what aspect of the game you are most interested in with this character: I really like the exploration aspect, but it's the character driven interactions that always fascinate me. I can't wait to see what sort of CR he ends up having.
● what plans you have for this character: None, yet. I like to roll with the punches.
● shipping/smut preferences: Probably not going to happen, at least it would take a hell of a long build up before he trusted himself with anyone enough for that. I'm not adverse to it happening if the chemistry is right, however.

● what your character wants: PLUMS! Okay, no, but Bucky would like to be left alone in a safe place to figure out who he is. His ideal CR would be nobody, because he's an antisocial tit.
● what your character needs: He needs people to not let him be an antisocial tit. I am honestly in love with both positive and negative CR, so I'm up for people who want to try and befriend/help him, as well as fights, or people who he pisses off/who piss him off. Bring it all on. As an antisocial character, I know it can be hard for people to find reasons to approach him, so I will always try to throw him at other people extra hard (even if he ends up rudely walking away pretty quickly because, again, antisocial tit).

● about you: I'm actually a few months newbie on DWRP, but a veteran on forum RPGs. I prefer playing MMORPGs and RPG games, examples being Mabinogi, Ragnarok Online, Fantasy Life, and Etrian Odyssey. I'm a big Pokemon fan and I tend to put supporting characters as protagonists in my fanfictions.

● what plans you have for this character: Namely character development and I like him discover some new things other than Pokemon.
● shipping/smut preferences: He's mostly heterosexual, so I'll go with shipping only. Because smut kind of creeps me out (no offense).

● what your character wants: Friends from the community apartments and students from his class.
● what your character needs: Since he's a sociable and kind guy, he might not only need some friend young and old, but also a love interest, and some residents that might help him fight in case his Pokemon is unavailable or fainted (because why not). I also want some residents that might antagonize him a bit.

● what aspect of the game you are most interested in with this character: As an OC player, I live for cross-canon CR. I'm so excited for her to meet people from other worlds, where the rules are different. Ultimately, what I want for Fatima is to become secure in the knowledge that she can escape her "destiny" and make her own life. And I hope it's the people she meets that convince her of this truth. That said, Fatima gotta Fatima and she's going to be all about solving mysteries and exploring and otherwise sticking her nose in where it doesn't belong.
● what plans you have for this character: I have no solid plans! Ideally, I want to gather up a great new "family" in terms of CR. I also absolutely live for cross-canon shipping and Fatima is a bit of a flirt. Other than that, I want to roll with whatever happens.
● shipping/smut preferences: I love, love, love, love, LOVE cross-canon shipping. I think I may have mentioned that. I'm largely a "fade to black" kind of girl, but I'll go pretty far on both ends of that fade. Fatima is a huge flirt, but she's a little bit like a dog chasing cars in that she wouldn't know what to do with one if she ever caught it. She's very m/f and would definitely go for a long-term relationship, rather than a fling. One-night stands are out for her. She's also a virgin, so any ship would require a lot of building of trust.

● what your character wants: More than anything, Fatima feels a desperate need to prove she doesn't belong at the "kiddie table" of life. She wants to exceed people's expectations of her.
● what your character needs: Family. Fatima longs for community and for people to protect and defend. She also needs to come out of her shell a little bit, in terms of trust and romance.

● what aspect of the game you are most interested in with this character: I'm a sucker for exploration and shipping, but Letha will be taking a slow transition into those since she is pregnant with her husband's child and is cautious about anything that might endanger her or her daughter. She's mostly here for the slice-of-life until she makes friends who can keep her safe during exploration.
● what plans you have for this character: I'm mostly winging it, I haven't played Letha since 2014 and it felt like time to brush the dust off of her.
● shipping/smut preferences: She's married and pregnant, but that doesn't mean it couldn't happen if the chemistry is right and someone's willing to spend a lot of time getting through to her.

● what your character wants: First and foremost she wants to stay alive, and second to that she would really like to find some corpses of those who died in this world, to get their story on what happened. Finding an escort for exploration like that is probably important too.

● what your character wants: Give me your thieves, your people with authority issues, your authoritarian characters that need to be pranked, your drinkers, your sarcastic assholes, your melee fighters that need a thief/archer back up, your people that want poisons to dip their bullets or weapons in. ● what plans you have for this character: Nothing concrete, but it's a good time and setting for him to be known more as Steve Rogers and less Captain America.

● threading preferences: Brackets, not really a big prose person. I have a slight pref. for a longer bracket style but sometimes you just gotta throw out a short one to move a thread along and that's fine too.
● threading habits: I prefer to boomerang when and where possible. If I can't wrap a thread up in 7-10 days or so unless it's extremely character critical I'll probably ask to handwave the rest. I prefer threads to have some forward motion to them, and don't really like to do just idle small talk that leads nowhere. (Small talk that leads to better established CR is totally cool tho, just not the 'how's the weather?' type stuff.)

● about: You know that line from PacRim 'to fight monsters, we made monsters of our own'? Welcome to Flint. Basically, he's a broken, fucked up husk of a formerly good man. He has done absolutely awful things in the pursuit of what he sees to be a Necessary Goal, he's made himself into a creature that others fear to cross. There is something absolutely animal in him that lurks behind a polished Londonian accent and a clever smile. That said, he hates the man he manufactured for this end, and will be glad to step away from it in Riverview in a misguided attempt at finding some 'peace'.

● what aspect of the game you are most interested in with this character: I'm 100 percent here for the CR. Flint is someone who's spent his lifetime getting everyone he's close to dead or so close to it as to make no difference. He needs friends, man.
● what plans you have for this character: Nothing concrete yet.
● shipping/smut preferences: I'm fine exploring it and seeing if anything comes of it. Flint is Canon Bisexual but leans more towards being homoromantic (otherwise known as 'It's Fucking Complicated') with Exceptions (well, 'Exception'. Singular). Then again, he's also massively repressed and about as celibate as the day is long, so. I mean. Good... luck?

● what your character wants: to Figure Shit Out. Obviously he's a bit outdated on the whole technological aspect of things, and Flint is too damn smart to let that stymie him for long. He's going to be engaging people with an eye to the future of the world. Nukes sound awesome, can he get at least three of them, he has a date with England. Also: fuck the aristocracy.

As a slayer, she's got a few supernatural abilities like strength, speed, stamina, agility and healing. She tends to ramble when she's nervous and is apt to stick her foot in her mouth. ● what aspect of the game you are most interested in with this character: I love ongoing CR, cross canon CR and friendship things with Buffy. I'm also excited about the mission stuff because that's right up Buffy's alley.
● what plans you have for this character: She will be joining the perimeter guard. She's a CRAU that has a great friendship with Derek Hale. She also accidentally killed a human due to some bursts in power and the like in the game that she's from so she's going to be coping with that. For the most part, unless yours gets close to Buffy, she's the same old Buffy because she'll put on a smile and ramble a little until she gets to know people well enough to drop the facade.
