● threading preferences: I prefer prose, especially for any heavy stuff because I hate fussing with too much HTML and brackets, but I'm fine with brackets for quick tags and network threads.
● threading habits: Medium-speed most of the time, but it depends on the thread.
● about you: My life has been consumed by Skyrim, and I dig games like Fallout and Dragon Age as well. But my one true love is anything and everything that is horror. I actually write scifi-horror stuff, and Rey here is from one of those series that I've been publishing (she was originally from a novel that I've written and rewritten a few times since I was 14, oof). I really love exploring the genre with LGBTQ+ leads, since that's what I'm into, and you write what you like and know, right?

● name: Rey.
● age: 97 (appears to be in her late-20s/early-30s).
● occupation: For now, perimeter guard, though according to the acceptance comment that I got, "she would be placed on a fast track to make Squad Captain in a few months", so we'll see how that turns out!
● residence: Communal Housing; Floor 6, Bed 6.
● about: Scar-faced lesbian who talks like a soldier, curses like a sailor, but has the heart of a doofus once she's learned to warm up to you. Otherwise she's a stoic asshole who can be pretty rude in more ways than one. Also is a mishmash of various memories of different women, which has given her mondo identity issues on more than many occasions. She also has the ability to not-so-spontaneously combust herself and things around her, and manipulated heat, so approach with caution and do not piss off.

● what aspect of the game you are most interested in with this character: Rey's lived a pretty crappy life, so I'd enjoy getting to explore aspects of her trying to adjust to a less militarized enviornment and just in general figure out how to people. She's got horrible social skills so I'm really looking to push her out of her comfort zones.
● what plans you have for this character: For now I'd like to throw Rey at people and see what sticks! She's made some pretty fun CR in the game so far.
● shipping/smut preferences: F/F (though idk dudes are welcome to try and hit on her, but she won't be receptive at all). Rey is very confused about her sexuality, and has complicated feelings about intimacy in general. If something comes up, I'd expect it to be slow burn, mostly because she's a virgin and sex terrifies her. Most advances would go over her head unless someone is being very straightforward, and she's slow to understand her own feelings.
● what your character wants: Last thing that she experienced back home was having her chest ripped open by a synthetic psycho, so she's not too keen on returning to where and when she came from. In the meantime she wants to figure the setting out and she isn't eager to make any friends.
● what your character needs: Friends, fff. She's horrible at initiating most things but as she slowly comes out of her shell, it'll be easier for her. Right now she feels out of place and awkward and trying not to let that show/get to her. Knowing any fellow military/soldier types might be a good start.
● any open post/ic inbox links: No Friendr because that app weirds her out. She has an IC inbox, though.

At the moment I only got an OTA thread for her on the Lunar New Year log, but if you've got anything or wanna start something new, I'm game for that as well! I'm still kinda trying to find my footing.
