Same goes for tag length, I tend to just adapt depending on what I get from the other person. Network/inbox threads are great for some quick mindless fun, but definitely logs/in-person stuff preferred when it comes to developing CR.
● threading habits: I'm GMT, but I usually do night shifts at work so I'm often around during the early afternoon to tag, or really late at night (like 9PM EST onwards). Sometimes I boomerang, but generally I try to get to all my tags at least once a day, unless I'm busy with work stuff. I'm cool with whatever pace other people keep though, so long as we keep the threads going!
● about you: I have two dogs, four cats and I'm a store manager at some American pizza company that's apparently all over the place. My life is not very exciting aside from that tbh.

● what aspect of the game you are most interested in with this character: Exploration + expansion towards the Abandoned City and beyond, hopping around the whole moon on his shuttle, etc. Regular slice-of-life fun stuff is also great. Just a lot of CR building too. Also a bit of shippy stuff possibly, if anyone's interested.
● what plans you have for this character: I really want to be involved with the expansion to the Abandoned City, rebuilding and maintaining it and all that. I've got no specific plans, though, I like to make it up as I go along sometimes.
● shipping/smut preferences: Jim's not picky about sex or gender (or lack thereof), so long as the person's interesting and catches his eye that's all that matters. He's not looking for an actual relationship right now, but he is ready for some fun casual flings and hookups, friends with benefits, etc. I like writing smut but I don't mind fading to black either, whatever my RP partner prefers or is in the mood for, really.

He's pretty quick to make friends, even with people he got off on the wrong foot with to start. He's pretty knowledgeable about the whole multi-verse thing but also tends to keep to himself/his friends due to how much has been going on his life since arriving to Riverview.

Ed's pretty handy, repairs and making shit out of thin air are totally his thing.

● what aspect of the game you are most interested in with this character: Personal relationships, mostly. I'd like to get him involved more with co-workers and people who need repairs, also people into talking about other worlds comparatively. Ed needs more friends, particularly friends who are invested in staying on the moon and making a home for themselves long term.

He will be getting himself into all sorts of things, between research, exploring this place, missions that come up and just over plot events in general. If anyone's interested in any of that, let me know!

● what plans you have for this character: Ed is always open to new CR that would be interested in research and/or exploration. He has a huge place to hang out since moving out of communal housing so anyone that would like a place to chill with all the amenities you can think of, feel free to become his friend.

I'm hoping to get him more social overall, going out with people, having get togethers and even starting on the dating scene have been in my plans since October.

● shipping/smut preferences: In an effort to get over Taiga I'd love to see Ed doing some casual dating in upcoming months, possibly to end in something long term but totally flexible. He's really only been with females up until this point so I'd like to explore with sexuality a bit for him. Sex is kind of ICly a rough topic due to his history and I prefer fade-to-black activity, but I'm totally open to discussing if we ever get that far. I'm a slow burn type, but I follow the CR chemistry.

● what your character wants: He's trying to make a home for himself here, research and working on getting to know the place better etc. Making friends with people who don't want to go home because he's sick of losing people, that sort of thing. Just trying to feel normal now that he's settling in a bit.

He's got ice/water magic alongside illusionary magic he can preform. He also has a true form which is a big ass snake around 50 feet tall. But for real. He's basically a created being (half human half snake) that was made to fight and protect his goddess during a war a long time ago. Fast forward to 2000 years of peace until it all goes to hell when a disease starts to make everyone go cray cray. Aeacinos was affected but cured and he was about to be executed but was saved before he was brought here!

● what aspect of the game you are most interested in with this character: Mostly for Aeacinos the exploration part is pretty good for him. I'm kinda in for all of it. Aeacinos is mostly use to war and fighting, it's what he was created to do, so this peace and nonviolent lifestyle is weird and awkward for him. But he's trying to learn and get better at doing mundane civilian things?!

● what plans you have for this character: Just to make more friends and maybe have some sparring bros he can always go to for those urges to fight.
● shipping/smut preferences: Honestly Aeacinos is bi so he'll legit sleep with whoever. But in terms of smut if people are uncomfortable he can actually shapeshift into a human. But at the moment he's not really looking for that? Maybe some one night stands if he can manage but who would want to bang a snake man?!

● what your character wants: Maybe a normal life...or just to fight and have a good time while he's here. But he also wants to get back home to help his people so it's a big conflict of interest for him

● what aspect of the game you are most interested in with this character: Interpersonal stuff. She has been able to open up as a human, but she hasn't really done that much as an angel. Actually she has been fighting and dying for centuries. It has been fun!
● what plans you have for this character: Friends. o___o If she could have actual friends and be normal towards them that would be amazing.
● shipping/smut preferences: I'm open to it, but she is in love with a certain Lucifel/Lucifer. Don't know if you've heard of him. Regardless, she is bisexual because that's the only way I can really explain her various human lives/human lovers. Oh and Sara.

● what aspect of the game you are most interested in with this character: I'm interested in having Alec grow and maybe find a role that isn't connected to being a Shadowhunter. I'd like him to try new things like going to college or finding interests that aren't related to weapons. He's also trying not to miss his little brother so healthy distractions would be great.
● what plans you have for this character: I'd like Alec to make more friends, ones he'll think of as family eventually since he lost his little brother and that's hitting him harder than he wants to admit. I'm thinking about having him start taking college classes so that he can learn more about the world(s) around him. I would like him to interact more with the magical/supernatural characters in game since he was beginning to work as a mediator between different supernatural groups before he arrived in game.

● what aspect of the game you are most interested in with this character: Rey's lived a pretty crappy life, so I'd enjoy getting to explore aspects of her trying to adjust to a less militarized enviornment and just in general figure out how to people. She's got horrible social skills so I'm really looking to push her out of her comfort zones.
● what plans you have for this character: For now I'd like to throw Rey at people and see what sticks! She's made some pretty fun CR in the game so far.
● shipping/smut preferences: F/F (though idk dudes are welcome to try and hit on her, but she won't be receptive at all). Rey is very confused about her sexuality, and has complicated feelings about intimacy in general. If something comes up, I'd expect it to be slow burn, mostly because she's a virgin and sex terrifies her. Most advances would go over her head unless someone is being very straightforward, and she's slow to understand her own feelings.

● what your character wants: Last thing that she experienced back home was having her chest ripped open by a synthetic psycho, so she's not too keen on returning to where and when she came from. In the meantime she wants to figure the setting out and she isn't eager to make any friends.
● what your character needs: Friends, fff. She's horrible at initiating most things but as she slowly comes out of her shell, it'll be easier for her. John himself is a bulletproof, indestructible kind of mutant, with super strength and enhanced senses he uses for tracking. He's also an ex-Marine, and he is your stoic, planted like a tree kind of solid, stable character that thinks before he acts and likes to make plans. He likes to carry the world on his shoulders and take responsibility for as much as he can, because everything must be his fault, that's just the way it is. Also, for a guy that strong, he's also the softest grungy hipster, but don't tell him that.

He's also off on a date, and trying to dad a number of lost-looking teenagers. Typical, but anyway, I just want to keep growing his CR and do more things with everyone.
