● threading preferences: both prose and brackets are fine! I love logs when developing CR - it's also more in character for John, but I also love text spam, so I'm open to everything.
● threading habits: I try to go through my tags at least once a day, sometimes more when I have the time/am not busy at work/etc etc. I'm slower at the weekend, and I sometimes boomerang text spam on memes, but I prioritise game tags. I'm GMT, so potentially funny tagging times.
● about you: I've started getting the 'need a new tattoo' itch and am considering getting one done on the show floor of a fandom convention because why not???
character
● name: John 'Thunderbird' Proudstar
● age: 34
● occupation: newest recruit of the Orientation Unit of the Perimeter Guard
● residence: currently communal floor 2, but he's already looking around for something more private
● about: back home, John's the leader of a branch of an underground network that was created by the x-men to fight prejudice against mutants, as well as help out any mutant in need. Things have exploded in a pretty spectacular way just before he ended up in the Quarantine, with the Brotherhood starting to gain power. John himself is a bulletproof, indestructible kind of mutant, with super strength and enhanced senses he uses for tracking. He's also an ex-Marine, and he is your stoic, planted like a tree kind of solid, stable character that thinks before he acts and likes to make plans. He likes to carry the world on his shoulders and take responsibility for as much as he can, because everything must be his fault, that's just the way it is. Also, for a guy that strong, he's also the softest grungy hipster, but don't tell him that.

● what aspect of the game you are most interested in with this character: character development, building CR, getting him involved with community improvement and also missions. John's the kind of guy that has his fingers in every pie he can find and I can't see that changing in the Quarantine.
● what plans you have for this character: at the moment, he's planning to start training some people in meditation and mindfulness, but also got some plans regarding combat training, too. He's also off on a date, and trying to dad a number of lost-looking teenagers. Typical, but anyway, I just want to keep growing his CR and do more things with everyone.
● shipping/smut preferences: I am always happy to write smut! John has a preference for women, but at the moment he is not looking. He has found, and he is pretty much desperately gone for her. However if you want to do awkward flirting I am endlessly up for it because I like to embarrass him.
● what your character wants: a normal life, to help, to find a way to bring the underground over to the Quarantine if it ends up being a better place to live than home
● what your character needs: hugs. So many hugs. And friends, and people to protect (these are not mutually exclusive), and also people to be snarky at him
